This development consists of 4 projects being executed simultaneously, being a new 175km Inter City Express (ICE) rail with 11 new rail terminals between CTIA and Velddrif at an estimated budget value of US$ 9 Billion, and a new ICAO CATegory 10 / 4F  international airport with 4 new terminal buildings and 1 existing plus 3 new runways with an estimated budget value US$ 13 Billion, and an internal 200km Tram Network with an estimated budget value of US$ 2 Billion, and a US$ 1 Billion Harbor Re-purposing, rendering a total CAPEX expenditure in 4 phases over a 20 year period amounting to US$ 25 Billion.
