This facility has 1,298,502m2 of distribution floor area and 446,616m2 of office space. 70% of the office space is taken up by a central Administration building and 30% is a separate Executive offices building.
The distribution area consists of 225 articulated / semi truck bays, split over 4 wings containing 56 bays each, 40 smaller non-articulated / rigid truck bays and 26 van bays with 36 container loading bays.
The Gate Control building has its own offices overhead of a 10 in - and 6 exit lane entrance hub. The Executive office building has its own controlled gate entrance building.
The DC has its own fire station and a 24Hr ER with resuscitation capability for treatment / stabilization of on site casualties.
It also has a 72 bay rooftop drone port and a 12 bay heli port.​
