MBH INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECT'S latest design is for a  Mega Distribution Center of which Phase 1 will be 401,213 m2 (4,318,620 ft2) under roof.

 

Due to this DC having an overall length in excess of 2km, it will contain a dual track elevated skyrail staff transportation system from the centralized staff parkade, through and along the warehouse units, with 4 designated station points. The skyrail is elevated to facilitate unobstructed workflow on the ground level of the warehouse units.

 

The DC will have 2 administration buildings and its own fire station and a 24Hr ER with resuscitation capability for treatment / stabilization of on site casualties.

It will also have 21 dedicated airplane parking bays.
