This floating resort consists of 32 quadrupel deck floating holiday units, all linked to a central boardwalk, in turn connected with the main land shore.

Each unit has a boat garage on the lower level, a mid level living and sleeping deck, an entertainment deck and a roof garden / helipad.

Each unit also has a submerged totally glass swimming pool, from where the ambient sea life can be viewed.
